The successful candidate will be a recent college graduate with at least a BS degree in Accounting or related program. This Associate rotation will provide training in various accounting functions in the Corporate Accounting department in our East Walpole, MA location.

  4. Assist the Manager, Corporate Accounting and Corporate Controller in performance of monthly close process, year-end and interim external audit and preparation of schedules for Corporate income tax return filings.
  5. Assist with monthly plan-to-actual analysis for Corporate Cost Centers.
  6. Assist the Manager, Corporate Accounting with monthly reporting, including inventory reporting, trial detail reporting and various other reports for management.
  7. Assist with intercompany invoicing and reconciliation process.
  8. Assist senior accountant when applicable.

The HRIS Business Analyst (HRIS BSA) position partners with HR leaders and their customers to analyze and improve work processes by leveraging information technological systems and services.The HRIS BSA serves as the lead technical point-of-contact for all HR and Payroll functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.The HRIS BSA also leads HR and payroll system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

概述:

The Electrical Engineering Manager will have the responsibility for overseeing the engineering and design of industrial process electrical distribution systems, including overseeing installation, assisting with commissioning, and start-up of new electrical distribution components or systems. All electrical engineers will report to the Electrical Engineering Manager. As the Manager of the group, the development of the electrical engineering staff and assigning projects to the staff is expected. The administration and management of capital projects is required as well as providing input in the development and execution of the company wide capital program. Assisting mill staff in diagnosing and rectifying operational problems with existing electrical infrastructure systems hardware and software may also be required. Travel and on-site support during project construction, commissioning, start-up, and operational improvement stages to US domestic and International sites should be anticipated.

  • Conduct training of operations and maintenance personnel as needed.
  • 10. Assist mill maintenance and production departments in troubleshooting and correction of equipment and electrical problems
  • 11. It is essential that the person have access to ITAR and other export controlled information. The candidate should be either a US citizen or green card holder.

The electrical and controls engineer will be responsible for the electrical power and control systems including design engineering, maintenance engineering, and operations.This person will budget, procure, install, and oversee the start­up of electrical and controls projects in the plant, and will provide training to operators and maintenance personnel.Establish and execute the instrumentation and control strategy related to the manufacturing and environmental control processes.

  • Ability to isolate defects in wiring, switches, motors and other electrical equipment.
