概述:

The HRIS Business Analyst (HRIS BSA) position partners with HR leaders and their customers to analyze and improve work processes by leveraging information technological systems and services.The HRIS BSA serves as the lead technical point-of-contact for all HR and Payroll functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.The HRIS BSA also leads HR and payroll system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

  • Maintain awareness of current trends in HRMS.Participate in local user group meetings/conferences.
  • Ensure all HR IT systems meet the data privacy requirements of H&V locations.
  • Provide training to IT and HR professionals and company managers on the proper use and protection of personal data.
  • Perform all work in a safe manner.

The HR Executive Assistant is critical role within the Hollingsworth and Vose global HR Team. The role covers a wide range of responsibilities centered on supporting the Chief Human Resources Officer and other senior HR staff with everything from travel management, meeting management, vendor management, project management, budgeting, material presentations and communications. The role requires a high degree of personal organization, technology capability and a calm, can do attitude.The incumbent should be able to act independently, apply judgement and discretion and present a professional approach to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Processes expense reports and payments.
  • Coordinates with Finance to processes departmental invoices.
  • Manages key vendor relationships, such as our relocation provider.
  • Obtains applicable travel authorizations and visas required for international travel.
  • Works independently and within a team on special and ongoing projects. 
  • Plans, coordinates, and executes company-wide and customer events.
  • Tracks budget to actual expenses and reports variances.
  • Types, edits, proofs and coordinates the preparation and distribution of materials
  • Coordinates the administration key HR documents such as individual personnel files, HR policies and plan documents.
  • At times, provides back up for personal and lunch breaks for Receptionists or other Assistants. 
  • Maintains department office supplies.
  • Maintenance of the recognition awards and matching donations program.
  • Performs employment verifications upon request.
  • Assist employees with HR processes and technology as required.
  • Provide back-up data entry HR systems as required.
